Non-Executive President
Bringing a wealth of experience in leadership advisory and fund administration.
His distinguished career includes serving as CEO of the Soulé industrial group, where he drove significant strategic growth. Arnaud’s previous roles at the Boston Consulting Group further underscore his expertise in strategic management and consultancy.
His academic credentials from ENA and Polytechnique reflect a robust foundation in strategic thinking and leadership. With a career marked by guiding top executives and overseeing investment funds, Arnaud de Boysson’s insights and leadership are instrumental in steering Cromaoak toward continued success.
Laurent Pinchard
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Bringing 30 years of senior experience in the CDMO, Generic APIs, and Medtech industries. With a rich background in Operations and BD&L, Laurent is skilled in international partnerships, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and optimizing supply chains for growth in highly regulated sectors.
Laurent’s scientific background as an organic chemist is complemented by a Ph.D. in Classics and his multilingual abilities enable effective communication and collaboration within international teams.
Flavien Gérard
Chief Operating Officer (COO) and co-founder of Cromaoak
Flavien Gérard brings over 25 years of experience across the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors. His expertise lies in driving strategic growth and operational excellence, underscored by his leadership in transformative projects like the acquisition and merger of Gerda and Substipharm. Prior to Cromaoak, Flavien managed pharmaceutical and cosmetic production plants, and in 2020, joined Babe Invest, where he focused on sustainable development and well-being initiatives.
Flavien holds a Pharm.D. and an MSc. in organic chemistry from the University of Paris XI, Châtenay-Malabry.
Nicolas Fauquet
Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) and co-founder of Cromaoak
With a career spanning over 12 years in the Life Sciences industry. Based in Porcheville, France, Nicolas has been at the forefront of leading research and development initiatives and shaping corporate strategy at Cromaoak.
Earlier, he founded Inexios, a company that emerged from his innovative patent on a novel chromatographic process for purifying APIs and natural extracts—a patent fully granted to Cromaoak. He is an expert in preparative chromatography, method development, and scaling up processes using the proprietary Inexiotech Technology.
